Damages and issues
Stellar Whispers is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipment. We recommend using a shipping method with a tracking number. Damaged or used items will not be refunded.
Customs
We are not responsible for paying customs duties, taxes, or import fees. If customs charges are incurred upon the return, the package may be refused or the amount will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
